Went here for years, roughly 8 to 9 years and enjoyed every minute. Master Wadley is an insanely good master that does not only teach your properly martial arts, but also how to be a properly leader in life. Many life lessons taught that hold true today in my college years. Cannot recommend this place enough as a way to get into the sport or even to get a good workout and get some flexibility. He will teach the forms, how to defend, how to spar how to compete but the best part is that he will make you a better person with his teaching.

The Grand Master and instructors are amazing at what they do. The way they teach the children discipline, respect, self confidence, and patience are insurmountable!
